Berea-Midpark\'s boys track and field team is having a season to remember.
The Titans, with the Southwestern Conference and Amherst District championships already under their belt, had their team depth pay off again. They scored 71 points to outdistance runner-up Sylvania Southview\'s 64 to win the Amherst Division I Regional Meet Friday at Richard S. Cooley Track.

The Titans won six events and scored 104 team points to outdistance runner up Brunswick\'s 78 to win the Berea Kiwanis Titan Relays Friday at George Finnie Stadium. Medina came in third with 75 points, while North /Royalton came in fourth with 55.
In the girls competition, Medina scored 81 points to take the team win. Brecksville was second with 74 points, while Brunswick (69.5) and St. Joseph Academy (58) came in third and fourth, respectively.
Berea-Midpark earned a win in the 4X100 as Caleb Samol, Justin Harris, Marlon Robertson and Chris Neumann clocked in with a 43.42 to edge out Brunswick\'s 43.73. The Berea-Midpark boys track and field team made its presence felt Friday night at the Lakewood Ranger Relays.
The Titans dominated the field of eight teams, winning 10 events and scoring 134 team points. Runner-up North Royalton scored 90 points, while Westlake came in third with 74.
St. Joseph Academy won the girls event with 92 points, with the North Royalton Bears right on their heels with 86 points. Rocky River took third place with 80 points.
But this night belonged to the Berea-Midpark boys. It began with the Titans\' showing in the field events.

The Strongsville track and field team had a number of strong early-season performances at the recent Avon Lake Invitational.
While Mentor won both the girls and boys team titles, the Mustangs came away worth a strong team showing. The boys took third place with 75 points and a pair of first-place finishes, while the Mustang girls took fifth in the 14-team field.
